Excellent hotel with great wi-fi, a lovely bar lounge, and a fantastic dining area. The staff kindly returned my forgotten earphones on my first visit, and they always provide friendly service. I'm returning next year!

Fine views of Falmouth Bay, dog-friendly environment, proximity to the coast path
Noisy plumbing issues in the mornings!!! Limited vegetable options on the dinner menu hinder choices!!! Small television sizes make viewing uncomfortable in larger rooms!!!

We paid a little extra for a large room with a magnificent view. It made a special occasion - a touch more special.

Location, excellent Breakfast, Staff friendly,
Having to go to reception to request a drink from the bar. Made the bar uninviting.

What a fantastic stay, no reason to complain. Delightful hotel with ideal rooms, exceptionally good views of the sea and countryside. Super location to nearest pub, in the lovely area. Plus, 5 minutes drive from Rosemullion Head. Restful and fabulous staff, wake up service and ironing free of charge.

The bedroom and public rooms were pleasant but rather dated in appearance. The Trelawne is in a quiet country lane overlooking the sea and countryside to the rear.
We arrived early, approx 12 noon, and there was nobody about and no response to the bell. When the owner arrived, in his car, he didn't introduce himself, he just said that the room wasn't ready, so we booked in and left the premises. On returning to the hotel we were shown to our room. We were supposed to have a fridge in the bedroom, it wasn't there and no real explanation was offered as to why. It took some probing to establish that it had been broken for some time and not replaced. I had to ask the owner if I could store some perishable food in their fridge. We found the evening meal and drinks very poor value and accomodation fees high for what we consider to be strictly a bed and breakfast accomodation. In fact we would say that the Trelawne should be classed as a Guest House not a Hotel. There was the very minimum of interaction between guests and the three members of staff we saw.

Trelawne Hotel is a good getaway! The countryside views are amazing. Our room was super clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed relaxing in the garden. The breakfast options were fantastic, with plenty to choose from, setting us up perfectly for the day ahead.
Limited WiFi connectivity.

Nice restaurant.
For the business traveler the breakfast start time (08.00) is too late. No WiFi in the rooms. Room decor is outdated (dark browm bathroom suite!). Location a bit to far out of Falmouth.
